
Rob Riedl is President of Endowment Wealth Management and leads the firm's Family Wealth Management services. As a fee-only fiduciary financial advisor, he works closely with individuals, families, business owners, and retirees to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to their financial goals and family circumstances. Rob serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, helping them evaluate whether Endowment Wealth Management is the right fit for their needs. He takes a holistic approach to financial planning by coordinating with each client's attorney, CPA, insurance professional, and other trusted advisors to create an integrated wealth management strategy. Acting as a family's personal Chief Financial Officer, Rob helps clients make informed decisions involving investments, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, charitable giving, and long-term financial security. With more than 40 years of professional experience, Rob brings a unique combination of public accounting, business ownership, executive leadership, and investment management expertise. He began his career as a staff accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he advised small business clients. He later founded and served as President of Fox Valley Spring Company and was President of Oak-Bay Corporation. In addition, Rob worked as a strategic consultant to entrepreneurs, providing guidance on business structure, operations, customer development, product strategy, and organizational growth. From 2003 through 2013, Rob served as Director of Wealth Management and a member of the Investment Committee at Sumnicht & Associates, LLC. During his tenure, he helped incubate and launch the firm's ETF model management business under the iSectors brand, contributing to the development of systematic investment strategies used by financial professionals nationwide. Rob earned bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1983, earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1984, received the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2005, and earned the Certified Financial Counselor (CFC™) designation in 2021. In 2019, Rob was recognized as one of Investopedia's Top 100 Financial Advisors for his contributions to financial literacy, investing education, wealth management, and retirement planning. This recognition highlighted advisors who have made meaningful contributions to educating investors and advancing conversations around personal finance.
Our annual advisory fee is based on assets under management and generally ranges from 1.00% on the first $1 million to reduced rates for larger relationships, including 0.90% over $1 million, 0.80% over $2.5 million, and 0.70% over $5 million; please see our Form ADV for complete fee details.
